MY FINAL REFLECTION

ESSAY

On this topic, it was a little difficult for me, because I didn`t know the correct use of information (APA format and references in word), is not easy as it looks like, but I did a big effort to do my best as a possible I do, I realize my lack of abilities to write and understand very well how to apply the references and use APA, and as teachers, we have to still improve our deficiencies, this type of activities make us as students have insight what need to work harder.

CMAP TOOLS

Professor Cinto explain to the class this tech tool for making diagrams and concept maps to synthesize your information and make it easier to understand, it's very easy to use, very intuitive even you don`t need any instructions for it, very helpful, and with this tool, I added my concept maps to my presentation.

GOOGLE SCHOLAR 

Discover this platform was great because you can find a lot of information whatever are you looking for, in my case my homework was incredible because you can find the cited forms, authors, and quality information to back and base your documents, save and make a section for reading the documents more later or make easier classify the information that you need.

SHORT CUTS 

This tool can save us time, when you need to edit or give format to any document, shortcuts are a good option, but you have to get familiarized with the use of the keyboard, is necessary to explore all the possibilities with shortcuts, once you get to practice it is easier, one point to consider is that the shortcuts are not the same in all devices and computers, one important factor is the language that your computer has.

VIDEO TUTORIAL ( REFERENCES AND CITATIONS, HOW TO USE GOOGLE SCHOLAR, AND THE PRESENTATION ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF TECHNOLOGY)

I Liked these activities because I realized that when you are in class perhaps you don't realize your doubts, and making a video tutorial is a way to reaffirm what really learned about any topic seem in class, in my case I remember when I did the video of the references, I was very sure about my complete understanding and when I start to do it, I fail... hahaha well, I share this funny experience with the purpose that let you know make a "tutorial" it's an interactive way for self-evaluation and enhancing your deficiencies.

JOURNAL

In this class we learned how to do a learning journal, the main objective is to get better outcomes in the teaching process and realize aspects that maybe we are not seeing.

Journals will help you in many ways, if you have student groups in any area where you currently work, also you could ask your students to write comments about your classes and receive feedback for enhancing both processes (learning and teaching).

GOOGLE FORMS 

This tool I liked so much, it has many benefits and advantages, for making a quiz, tests in the education field, surveys, and more for any project.

BLOG

In this tool you can write and share about anything you want, you can write your post and insert images, links added, and any type of documents, and share videos from youtube, in my case for the final project on this subject, upload all evidence what we`ve worked through the course.

To conclude this reflection, I would like to share with my classmates, this subject was challenging, and full of new knowledge and that led me to lots of sights, a real reflection as a part of abilities that I need to enhance for teaching with more quality, all my homework and activities let me a great learning experience for application to my work, happy to take this types of subjects very necessary to make big efforts in the education field.
